Inny Shamrocks U17s

The Inny Shamrocks U17s were edged out by Milltownpass in the Shield Semi Final on Saturday 1st October after a close, high scoring game, which marked their final action of the year.

This team played 10 competitive games over the season, with some great wins and a very high standard of football throughout. Desperately unlucky with injuries to key players both in the long term and at key points of the season, this team fought hard in every game and can be very proud of themselves for their response when they found themselves in difficult situations. Well done lads.

Thank you to the parents / guardians for their unwavering commitment and support throughout the year.

A huge thank you to coaches Barry Glynn and Darragh Keena who looked after the team over the course of the year. Their selfless commitment and dedication is hugely appreciated.

Most importantly, a sincere thank you and well done to every member of the panel for their effort and commitment this year. When "backs were to the wall" this group dug deep and produced performances of which they can be very proud and they have been a credit to themselves and to Inny Shamrocks, Bunbrosna GAA and Ballynacargy GAA. Well done lads and thank you.
