This game featured breath-taking, end-to-end football and both teams are to be commended for their commitment and skill. A huge well done to both panels on the attitude and spirit displayed throughout, and thanks to the supporters who enjoyed some really good football from both teams.
The fantastic levels of skill within this team have been apparent since they commenced training this year, but the real success of this group has been the manner in which they have developed as a team. They have consistently worked hard for each other throughout the year, both in training and matches, and they can be very proud of their efforts so far and we look forward to the watching this team for the rest of the season.
Our thanks to all involved in managing and coaching this team for their hard work and effort, particularly Matty Scanlon, Seamus Moran, Martin Maguire, Paulie Connaughton, Paddy Wallace and Joey McDonnell.
